Butterflies it’s a series of paintings which represent transformation that means an entirely new perspective of life. Inspired by love, has grown into a symbol of life.

The vision encompassed in this series allows to get immerse into the understanding that wisdom, knowledge, harmony, and most importantly, love come within ourselves.

Nothing new in the concept and yet, it is not until it resonates with our “soul” that we all can grasp the magnitude of this truth.

A butterfly lives within us all. It’s takes flight with the power of our creativity. A melding of the feminine and masculine side within us all creates a central column of balance, the catalyst for a complete metamorphosis.

Inevitably we have grown to believe we are more like the caterpillar, lacking grace and perfection, feeding mechanically on the outside, until it goes dormant-dead.

However, we have the power for rebirth if we tap into energy that is the magnificent color, beauty, and lightness of a butterfly.

Butterflies also provide with a powerful reminder of how important it is to live in the now.

They are given only a few hours on this earth, ephemeral and quickly fleeting, living every moment to the fullest, fluttering their wings wide in search of the warmth of the sun.

“Working in the present”, what better technique than water colors to keep living in the “now”.
