Buttkick provides a system with several stages to achieve our customer goals, and they`ll have the possibility to share with their friends the challenges they´re facing (social networks, friends, family, professional networks) to encourage their commitment.

How does it work ?

The user should keep a diary of what he/she does each day (exercise and diet) and follow the progress in each step on their way to reach the goals, and if they do not perform all the steps, they`ll get public encourage, advice messages, experiences from other people who pass through a similar situation…

Customer will be motivated through all the stages, . encouraging them that they CAN succeed!

The app also will prepare the exercise and diet schedule linked to a particular goal (weigh or sports)
