An investor with the purchased real estate property has two options to pick from.

After receiving all rights to the capitalcompany, the foreign investor has thechoice between two options:

PILLAR 1

The investor receives from the principal invested amount, a regularly monthly profit in the amount of 5.1%.Additionally, throughout the entire duration of theinvestment, the investor is allowed to live in his/her property, which is a part of the company’s estate.

After five years, the investment comes to an end. After five years, the investment comes to an end.

The Operator discontinues the monthly payouts and at that point the investor can transfer the property into his name.

STEP2

The foreign investor obtains 100% ownership of the capital company, which includes that one real estate property. All shares of the before mentioned company, are protected with a fiduciary/escrow account, which gives the Investor the security and full control throughout the entireinvestment process.

ThThe so called “Operator” is the agent of the company and on behalf of the investor, manages the property along with the entire Resident Europe process until the project is completed.

PILLAR 2

The investor receives temporary permission to stay along with a working permit and is hired for the duration of the investment. It is the responsibility of the Operator to hire the investor. In this case, the investor declines the monthly payouts. Moreover, throughout the investment, the investor is allowed to live in his/her property, which is a part of the company’s estate.

ForFor an additional yearly cost, the investor can include his family, relatives, or friends that he plans on living with in the acquired property.

Only the investor has 100% ownership of the real estate property.

Residence card

After five years, the investor receives permanent stay allowing him:

The possibility to cross boarders without needing any visas

A European Identification card

The permission to work with the option to travelbetween countries of the Schengen zone

STEP3

After the 60 months, the investor can takeadvantage of the following options

Keep the investment in the capital company, inwhich he is the owner

Sell the property into his name

Sell the property to a third party

Sell the capital company to the Operator

3. A one-time fee for filing and receiving permanent citizenship(occurs at the end of the five year investment from the start of the (occurs at the end of the five year investment from the start of the investment)Cost: $ 5,000 per person.

4. Fees regarding the process of Resident Europe:

4.1. Management of the investment; insuring the property, service charge, managing the property, rent,taxes related to the investment are all included in the principal invested amount.

4.2. Managing the project Resident Europe: the sale of ownership is captured as part of the notarial deed, opening of bank accounts, tax declarations for the investor’s company, health insurance, liability insurance,opening of bank accounts, tax declarations for the investor’s company, health insurance, liability insurance,and income taxes are all included in the principal invested amount.

4.3. Square footage of the property depends on the amount of people (see table below).

4.4. Utility fees: heat, energy, water are handled by the investor’s company.
