David loves to cook and is involved in prison ministry. We’re delighted to have them here with us. We also welcome Tim and Rachel Burton and their three young children: Seth, Isabelle, & Tori. Tim works with Williamson Medical Center and Rachel works with the kids!! We are super happy they have made SM their Home. I know you’ll want to welcome both of these families. Now, who’s next? Remember that today our afternoon Bible classes will meet at 4:00. Our shepherds have set this time so you can enjoy time with family and friends. You are expected to be here. Can we hit that 300 mark this week?? I will be leaving for the annual Freed-Hardeman Lectureships today. I’ve been going to these for 36 years now and it is always one of the highlights of my calendar. I get to see hundreds (actually thousands) of dear friends and fellow preachers. This year I will enjoy speaking twice. I’m also happy that our son, Philip, will get to speak this year. Jerry will also be there this week. Keep us in your prayers that we will come back with increased energy and skills to serve God in this place. Welcome New Members! Angie Osmon finished up her treatments last week.

Julia Dozier had surgery on Friday.

Sarah Griggs (mother of Angela Collins) was hospitalized last week w/ a pulmonary embolism. She lives in Indiana.

Ruth Madden (mother of Rich Madden) is dealing with several health issues. Rich is in Canada for a month to be with her.

Chris Parliament has been sick with pneumonia. She is feeling some better now.

William Osborne was in St. Thomas for tests. Test results came back good.

Continue to Remember: Evan Rector, Gabbi Cook, Moiilani Castillo.

Expectant Moms: Jessica King, Sandra Collins and Sharon Byrdsong.

SYMPATHY: We extend our love and sympathy to Rosalyn Scott and family on the death of her brother, Charles Wheeler. This was also Charlie Scott’s uncle. The funeral was held on Thursday in Lewisburg.

SYMPATHY: We extend our love and sympathy to Paige Barr and family on the death of her mother, Lydia Ann Raybon. The funeral was held Saturday in Greenville, AL.

NEW BABY: Congratulations to Chris and Jesse Davis on the birth of a baby boy! Callum Christopher Davis was born on January 23. He weighed 8 lbs 15 oz and was 21 inches long. He was welcomed home by big sister, Laila!
