Future of Green Technology Green Tech is a big issue and there are

companies that are constantly looking to the future for the next big idea.

Companies are pouring millions in to green tech to help in research for future projects

Companies interestCompanies becoming more interested as

consumers become more interested in green products

o This forces businesses to change the way businesses make and sell products

people don’t want products that aren’t energy efficient or good to the environment

o Example: the Hummer it was a gas guzzler so people didn’t buy it so it was discontinued.

Automotive industryIs always looking into the future with hybrids

and alternative fuel Electric cars and hybrids to reduce gas cost

and mileage They also want to help the environment by

lowering the emission rates of cars and lower the amount of gas produced

Housing IndustryPeople want to buy houses that are going

greenForcing sellers to add things such as solar

panels to the home to sell it better Government gives out tax reductions for

people how have things like these in their homes

This is also forcing new home builders to take into consideration these practices
