In this kingdom, no one can ever make a difference

without empowerment.

1 Corinthians 4:20

“For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.”

You and I must be empowered to make a difference,

therefore we shall be empowered to make a difference in

all of our endeavours in Jesus’ name.

We discover in Scriptures that there are four levels of

empowerment.

Ezekiel 47:5

“Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river

that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen,

waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.”

The previous verse before the fifth verse of the book of

Ezekiel 47 tells us about measurements at the ankle level,

the knee level, the loin level and finally the level of

overflow which can no longer be measured and that is the

level we are all going to in the name of Jesus Christ.

Luke 4:1

“And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from

Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.”

Somebody’s level shall graduate dramatically at the end

of this twenty one days prayer and fasting in Jesus’ name.

WHAT ARE THE LEVELS OF EMPOWERMENT?

1. Power level (Luke 24:49

2. Great power Level (Acts 4:33)

3. Exceeding great power (Ephesians 1:18)

4. The power of the world to come (Hebrews 6:5)

Jesus Christ practically demonstrated the power of the

world to come.

Revelation 5:5-6—“And one of the elders saith unto me,

Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root

of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the

seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of

the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the

elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven

horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God

are sent forth into all the earth.”

Jesus Christ operated in this level of empowerment and

because you are connected to Jesus Christ, you too shall

operate at this level of power in Jesus’ name. Jesus had

dominion over fish in the sea; Peter toiled all night and

caught nothing because his level of power was small, but

when Jesus arrived on the scene, fish gathered to the point

that Peter’s net broke. Peter had to beckon to other

fishermen to help him. Therefore, you will experience

accelerated flight in business in the name of Jesus.

However, you cannot live the heaven on earth lifestyle

without empowerment. In the rest of this text, you will

discover how to connect with this level of empowerment.

HOW TO CONNECT WITH EMPOWERMENT

THROUGH PRAYER AND FASTING

Don’t forget, if you can pay the price, you will gain access

to change of level in the school of power.

Throughout this month, we will be studying the different

dimensions of the Spirit and they are:

1. The Spirit of the Lord

2. The Spirit of Revelation

3. The Spirit of Might

4. The Spirit of the Fear of the Lord

Jesus Christ could not make any difference until He was

empowered. He was an ordinary carpenter’s son, but when

He went into fasting and prayer, His level changed. In

order for you and I to make a difference, we must change

levels through empowerment.

ENGAGING THE SPIRIT OF LOVE

1 Corinthians 2:9

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard,

neither have entered into the heart of man, the things

which God hath prepared for them that love him.”

The question is: Do you love Him? If you do love God,

uncommon and favourable things will be happening to you

according to 1 Corinthians 2:9. If you truly love God,

there is nothing God cannot do for you. Somebody who

works as a registered nurse went to work one day and

everybody was told to go to their desks and expect an

email. A lot of people were laid off, but this woman of

God was exempted. In this season, everyone in this

assembly shall be exempted from all forms of evil in the

name of Jesus. There was a testimony of another person

who had a shop amongst other shops that were all built

next to each other. There was an incident that involved a

tanker caring flammable product which toppled over and

resulted in a fire outbreak. Amongst all of the shops that

were burnt, this woman’s shop was exempted.

Ephesians 3:17—“ That Christ may dwell in your hearts

by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may

be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth,

and length, and depth, and height; and to know the love of

Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled

with all the fullness of God.”

WHAT IS LOVE FOR GOD?

Love can be defined as:

1. A God-first lifestyle meaning to put God first in all

that you do.

2. A kingdom priority lifestyle meaning to seek the

good of the Kingdom unconditionally.

Matthew 6:33

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his

righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto

you.

3. Placing God above all else including self.

Paul and Silas exalted God despite their predicament and

God stepped in for them. In a similar way, God will step

in for you in the name of Jesus. A lady who had a big boil

on the face and suffered from elephantiasis, despite her

current situation, went out to win souls for God because

she was grounded in the love for God. The evil swelling

of her leg diminished and she was set free.

4. Loving what God loves and hating what God hates.

Proverbs 6:17-19—“A proud look, a lying tongue, and

hands that shed innocent blood, an heart that deviseth

wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to

mischief, a false witness that speaketh lies, and he that

soweth discord among brethren.”

WHAT VIRTUES ARE IN LOVE?

1. Love empowers our access to revelations.

There are many things which are hidden that God will

only reveal to those that love Him.

2. Love empowers our faith to deliver.

If you do not have love, your faith can not work.

3. Love makes us indestructible.

Let me share a quick testimony with you, our father in the

Lord, Bishop David Oyedepo loves God and is focused

completely on the work of God. A group of 4 people came

together to plan evil against him. God began to deal with

them; the first born of an individual was involved in an

accident and died. The second and third individuals also

experienced a loss. The last man involved ran to the

Bishop to confess so that he also would not get punished.

Brethren, because you love God, anyone planning evil

against you will meet with their end in the name of Jesus

Christ.

4. Love empowers our giving life.

In this commission, we do not force anyone to pay their

tithe rather we teach you to understand the benefits of

paying tithes. There was a testimony about tithing. A man

said in his testimony that through his engagement in

tithing, God opened up windows of provision for him to

be able to pay off all his debts to the point that he now

saves. When we do not pay our tithe, the devourers are

“Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.” - Isaiah 8:16

open to attack everything about us.

Malachi 3:8-10

“Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say,

Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye

are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this

whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse,

that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now

herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you

the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that

there shall not be room enough to receive it.”

5. Love is a failure-proof force.

If you love God, you do not need to be afraid of anything

because no matter the situation around you, exemption is

always your portion in the name of Jesus.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LOVE WHAT GOD

LOVES?

God loves the life of lost souls the most.

John 3:16—“For God so loved the world that he gave his

only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him

should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

If God can give His only son to come and save the lost

that means we to should love the same thing and seek

after lost souls needing redemption. Remember our

agenda this year is one soul per month for every Winner.

Therefore, ask God for that one soul and he will grant it

to you.

Psalm 2:8—“Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen

for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth

for thy possession.”

HIV Positive Turned Negative At Shiloh 2016

I want to give all the glory to God of Bishop David

Oyedepo for changing my blood status by destroying the

yoke of HIV VIRUS from my blood. I have lived with

HIV for six (6) years now, myself and my husband

continued to pray to God for divine intervention for my

healing, but each time I go for test the result remains

positive. I then stopped going for further tests, I didn’t

allow the situation to affect my service to God, I always

reminded God of His word in (Exodus 23: 25 – 26).

When the Wonder Double Agenda was declared, I

engaged vigorously in the various Outreaches winning

souls for Jesus Christ, and I also intensified my effort of

engagement at the Wonder Double Operation, Go

Forward! as declared. During the last week of the

Operation Go Forward, I notice that I started excreting

substance like bunch of ropes-like dead flat worms

whitish in colour, I didn’t know God had started removing

the virus from my body. At the last Pre-Shiloh anointing

service, as the oil was passed I dipped my hand into the

plate and scooped a large quantity of the oil and drank it,

immediately I started feeling movements inside my

tommy and when I got home I excreted the same large

bunch worm like rope whitish substance again. I came to

Shiloh 2016 and I attended the 1st day of the healing

class, I dived at this instruction and went straight to the

Lab, singing praise and thanking God for my healing. I

went for the result the next day, lo and behold for the first

time the result was HIV NEGATIVE and all the

Delivered From Destruction!

“Praise the Lord, I am here to give God the glory because

the devil tried two years ago but he failed. After Shiloh

2014, on my way home, I was involved in an accident and

was confirmed dead for some hours. In my unconscious

state I heard Papa’s voice say “You are not permitted to

die. Come back.” After some hours, I came back to life. I

learnt that I was dead and they were only waiting for Road

Safety team to come and take my corpse to the mortuary.

Thereafter, I was rushed to the hospital and the doctor

confirmed that four of my ribs were broken and I

wouldn’t be able walk again but I told the doctor that the

report is not mine because only God has the finally say. I

was discharged because, according to the doctor, my

condition was very critical and there was nothing they

could do about it.

After the One Night with the King service, I was in the

house but couldn’t connect with the service but I keyed

into the word that Papa declared. On New Year day, I

heard Papa’s voice, ‘You can get up from that sick bed.’

So, I got up. Since that day till now, I am healthy and

strong to the glory of God!” Jummia Y.

Divine Promotion via Kingdom-Focused Prayers!

“After my encounter at Shiloh 2015, I heard Bishop

Oyedepo emphasize the power of a Kingdom-driven life

in the making of any great destiny. So, I decided to throw

my whole being in the pursuit of Kingdom interest in

2016.

During the Sunday Service preceding the 2016, 21-day

Prayer and Fasting season, the Bishop instructed that we

package ourselves for undeniable encounters during the

programme. When I got home that day, I sat down with

God, my encounter note from Shiloh 2015 and my Bible

as part of my packaging to maximize the prayer and

fasting season. This resulted in a 12-point prophetic

statement why I must change levels in 2016 from Shiloh

2015 catch-up moments. I also generated seven Kingdom-

centred prayer requests which included praying for the

outburst of our WSF attendance where I serve as a

minister. Then I knew my time has finally come for a

change of level.

Equipped with these discoveries, I asked for a two-day

break from work to be part of the 21 days of prayer and

fasting kick-off. I invested the first two days in praying for

replication of my WSF center. Then, I resumed to my

office on the third day (13th January, 2016) to meet a letter

waiting on my desk with my name on it.

On opening it, lo and behold, it was a letter of promotion

which has added almost N200, 000 to my basic salary

without calling anyone. I give all the glory to the God of

Quantum leaps for confirming the words of His servant

‘SS’ Turned ‘AA!

“My genotype has never been an issue until when marriage

was in view. It became a burden in my heart.

During the 21-day prayer and fasting, I keyed into

everything the Bishop said. On the 4th day, the Bishop

declared that, ‘SS’ was turning to ‘AA’. I keyed into it.

When I got home that day, I prayed then brought out my

expectation card and ticked the prayer point as answered.

After the last Breakthrough service, I had a conviction in

my heart to check my genotype. I stopped at a laboratory

for the test and when the result came out, God had changed
