Per annum we have nearly 7 lacks Engineering, among them hardly 1 lack got a job. Other 6 lacks have no direction what to do? The study pattern is also not effective, AICTE and Universities just giving B.Tech. Degree to society, not Engineers.

Time to involve entrepreneurship and practical skill knowledge in syllabus mandatory for B.Tech. program by AICTE.

Let us check pattern of teaching in schools since 1947 to till now, is it changed with time (answer is “NO” or not enough)

Time to introduce new study pattern in school, in which practical knowledge is 70% and give them value added knowledge in advance such as how to repair ABC.. device/machine. Don’t think kids fool they are more intelligent than us.

Planning commission should have an office in every city in which a wing is working for giving the technology to unemployed people for produce something, specially what india is importing. It may be a joint project of govt. and the person with agreement that govt. will purchase it, if quality is good.

Training can be conduct through video conference.

There are many small industries depend on women. We need to give them skills and machines to produce something at home.

60-70% women in india are housewife they have only duties to cook and wash cloths. In free time they can produce something and can have a status in society.

Every man will respect women if she help to earn with her household duties.

I think it will help to control our male-female ratio too.

4. Make women empowered
