OLIVE OIL PRODUCTION

1. Harvesting: olives are collected at their right ripeness.

2. Grinding and milling: leaves are separated from the olives, next the olives are washed and are crushed by hammers to produce an olive paste. Finally, the paste is kneaded in a machine called “Gramola”

3. Extraction: olive oil is obtained (by separating solids from liquids) and stored in containers.
