People shop at a particular grocery store due to convenience and preference more so than the products being sold
Experience in a particular store also is a factor…bad experiences in stores tend to make people not want to shop at that store anymore

There are many factors that play into why someone shops at a particular store, whether it be personal preference, experience in store, inventory, or convenience
