People have such aparticular bias towards a certain store it affects whether or not they shop there as well as how often they shop there

People shop at a particular grocery store due to convenience and preference more so than the products being sold

Experience in a particular store also is a factor…bad experiences in stores tend to make people not want to shop at that store anymore
