The aboriginals were first to find Australia they have been here for at least 40,000 yearsThey call us the white people because our skin is much lighter than there's.

They had to HUNT for food.

My story is about a kangaroo killing people but not the women. Because the women look after animals but not all!

The Origin of water

Prediction I think the story is about a dream time story

Summary. One day there was no water for the animals and the kingfisher told the animals to go see what the blue tonged lizard was hiding. The Willy wagtail went and followed him first but got found so Midin went and followed but got found so the rat said i'll do it but all the animals laughed. But gula found where the water was it was under a rock. Gula jumped in front of Bangarra and scared him away so all the animals can have water now.

Feelings. Gula might of felt a bit sad when all the animals were laughing at him. But proud when he found where the water was.

Questions. What's a kingfisher and what does it look like?

Moral. Little things can make a huge differences!!!!

18th Century England

The orphans were poor dirty unwashed children.

They didn't have parents so they went to the orphanage.

When they got to the orphanage they got very little to eat.

They would get hanged even little kids.

The First Fleet

Between 1788 and 1850 the English sent over 162,000 convicts to Australia in 806 ships. The first eleven of these ships are today known as the First Fleet and contained the convicts and marines that are now acknowledged as the Founders of Australia. This is their story.

Who is singing this song? Why are they singing it? Why are they saying ‘farewell to Old England forever?’ Where were they going? Why? -

Convicts that got sent to Botany Bay who are singing on the way.

Letting out their feelings so they could get out somehow.

Maybe because the convicts did a really bad crime they would never come back or some stayed for about 7 years.

They were going to Botany Bay.

Because they did a bad crime and they could become slaves to anything that they don't want to be.
