The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is

regulated by the Washington State Liquor Control

Board. As a licensee, the Hilton Garden Inn Spokane

Airport is responsible for the proper administration of

these regulations. Therefore, liquor cannot be brought

into the hotel from outside sources.

H O T E L P O L I C I E S

FUNCTION SPACE

Function rooms are only guaranteed once a contract has

been signed and a valid credit card or direct bill account

has been provided. We do not require an advance

deposit for functions.

MINIMUM GUARANTEE

It is necessary that your final guest count and menu

selection be confirmed a minimum of three business

days prior to your event. We will prepare for 5% more

than your guarantee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full room rental will be charged if cancellation occurs

less than two weeks prior to your scheduled event(s).

Full food and beverage revenue will be charged based

on your final guaranteed guest count if cancellation

occurs less than three business days prior to your

scheduled event(s).

ADDITIONAL FEES

All prices, including function space rental and food and

beverage, are subject to 8.7% Washington State sales

tax. Food and beverage is subject to 18% service

charge.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment in full is due upon the conclusion of your

scheduled event(s). Any discrepancies in counts or

charges should be identified and resolved at that time. In

the event that the group vacates the premises prior to

reviewing the final bill, all charges will be charged to the

credit card/direct bill account on file.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

As we are able to provide full-service catering for in-

house functions, no outside food or beverage is

permitted to be brought into the hotel without the

permission of the Sales and Catering Department.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Any special orders for liquor, beer or wine items outside

of the hotel’s ordinary inventory will be sold to the group

by case lot or other minimum requirement per vendor.

The hotel requires that beverages be dispensed only by

hotel-employed servers/bartenders. The hotel’s alcoholic

beverage license requires that the hotel request proper

photo ID of any person of questionable age. The hotel

reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is

underage, cannot provide proper identification, or

appears intoxicated. The Hilton Garden Inn Spokane

Airport strictly adheres to these policies without

exception.

DECORATIONS

For functions set in a U-Shape or Classroom Style

seating arrangement, the hotel will provide white or

almond 54”x96” tablecloths and tan skirting, unless white

skirting is preferred. Round dining tables will be dressed

in 81”x81” white tablecloths, with linen napkins folded at

each seat. You are welcome to provide your own

decorations as long as this is discussed and approved in

advance with our Sales and Catering Department. We do

not allow tacks, pins, staples, electrical or duct tape to be

used when hanging decorations.
