submission.• Good Idea: Start filling out the form & keeping

documentation in August• Good Idea: Make monthly inputs to the submission. • Bad Idea: Only use C-BAR for the awards.• Bad Idea: Assign one person to work independently on C-

BAR.• Good Idea: Assign each section or question to a board
