How It Works

As an integrated part of Timeware Primetime, Roster Scheduler needs very minimal setup time. All needed information is an integral part of the system. For instance, employee, job and shift records will contain most of the information needed for this purpose. What remains for the scheduler to manage is the following:

Create a Roster Schedule when needed: This is a one-time quick step process where a new Roster Schedule record is created.

Assign the Roster Schedule to one or more jobs: This is a quick step process where existing jobs are assigned.

Enter the Roster Schedule Contract Options: While these options can be set at default levels, making changes is quick and easy.

Enter employee On/Off shift requests: This is an ongoing process where requests are entered prior to generating schedule.

Finaly, select the range of the schedule then solve. You may make manual adjustments if needed then publish and print.

Roster Scheduler is an intelligent shift planning solution that produces optimal schedule based on your own work requirements and your company regulations.
