Goals and Objectives

There are similarities between what my company, United Rentals, offers to its employees and what Caterpillar offers to its employees. Caterpillar is known in my industry for their learning environment and although my company has many of the same components, Caterpillar does it in a much more streamlined and renowned way. I would like to learn techniques and best practices for improving blended learning in my own corporate learning environment.
