Compass Medical’s, Navigating Pain Management, will be facilitated by Sean Kern, LICSW. Sean earned his Master of Social Work degree from Boston College and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. Prior to joining Compass Medical, he was
employed as a Behavioral Health Clinician and Clinical Director for 5 years with a local practice treating addiction and co-occurring disorders. Sean works with each patient to develop an adaptive shared understanding of their unique character and worldview. Sean is experienced in utilizing group and individual modalities for the treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational mental health conditions.
