With 30 Branches nation wide employing over 170 staff. We service a wide range of customers including specialist automotive workshops, mining companies, contractors, government departments, and local councils.

The JAS Oceania AC program includes: Sanden, Red Dot, Maradyne, Ariazone, Denso, Delphi, Valeo, Robinair, Parker and Sigma. The JAS AC program is also supported by a large Aftermarket program.

TRAINING

With the constant technological development in vehicles, JAS has always recognized the importance of staff training to best support and understand what customers are facing in the field. In 2017 a role was created withing the JAS group for a full time staff training and development person. The first focus of this new role was creating online training courses in technical training for staff covering Air-Conditioning and Alternators and Starter Motor operation and accurate identification. The more our staff understand the operation and uses of the parts we sell the better and more efficiently we can serve our customers. The Technical support we now offer now encompasses over 50 short courses for Online Staff training, Videos on our eJAS website for common vehicle and product issues and over 150 Tech Tips that are emailed out on Tech Tip Tuesday.

The Online Courses are specifically tailored to sales staff so are not highly technical and are available for JAS customers. Tech Tips are developed from everyday issues that our customers encounter and where JAS assist the customer to work through these issues we then develop this into Tech Tips to share, knowing that it is entirely likely that someone else will encounter the same problem.
