What we are doingFor the construction of this essential infrastructure we will need to clear some vegetation around the ornamental pond and investigate the existing drainage service. We have worked closely with the City of Melbourne Council and Transurban to obtain planning permits and have engaged independent arborists to identify vegetation that needs to be removed.

Our works will involve: Installing barriers around our work area Using an independent arborist for vegetation removal Using a truck mounted mulching machine Cleaning using a specialised vacuum truck (non-destructive digging) CCTV investigation of the existing drain.

What to expect A small team of construction personnel at work Noise from the use of chainsaws, mulching machinery, and the vacuum truck when in

use These works will not impact your property.

The CityLink Tulla Widening project is committed to minimising the impact of construction works on the natural environment wherever possible, and a number of new trees and shrubs will be planted along the road corridor as part of the project.

This work may be rescheduled in the event of unsuitable weather or other unavoidable circumstances.
