On March 23, 2019, the CACCN Board of Directors
unanimously voted to revise the name of the the
CACCN Educational Bursary for applicants
pursuing Baccalaureate education or a critical care
certificate program. The bursary as of March 23,
2019 will be known as the
Paula Price Memorial Bursary
Paula was a proud member of the CACCN family since April 1987 and served as journal editor for over 20 years (1996 to present). Paula was a mentor and coach to many, a critical care nursing leader and always a supporter of nursing education.

The Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses (CACCN) is seeking applications to appoint an Editor to lead the Canadian Journal of Critical Care Nursing. The Canadian Journal of Critical Care Nursing™ (CJCCN), formerly known as Dynamics: The Journal of the Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses and Dynamics: The Official Journal of the Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses, is distributed to members of the CACCN, to individuals, and to institutions interested in critical care nursing. The journal is published four times annually. A peer-reviewed journal, the CJCCN is a national journal for the publication of original manuscripts, including clinical, education, management, research and professional issues in critical care nursing. DYNAMICS OF CRITICAL CARE™ CONFERENCE 2020
Call for Members: Local Operations Committee
Sarah Crowe, Co-Chair, CEE Committee and Chair, Local Operations Committee of the Dynamics of
Critical Care Conference 2020 is seeking interested members to participate on the local operations
committee.
Two (2) members from each of the three Ontario chapters: London Regional, Ottawa Region and
Toronto will be selected. Committee selection will be held to a maximum of six (6) members.
Preference will be given to members who have not participated on a planning committee in the past.
Members must be able to commit to committee work from May 2019 to October 2020.
Interested members must submit a completed application, with a resume/CV via the CACCN
online application form by no later than April 30, 2019. Applications after the deadline will not be accepted.
