The Department offers B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in

CAD/CAM Engineering and Ph.D programs. Faculty with various

streams of specializations, research and academic experience are

with the department. Faculty are actively participating in research and

thrust areas include Fatigue Mechanism, Friction Stir Welding, Nano-

materials, Optimization of Manufacturing, Composite Materials,

Finite Element Analysis and Advanced Manufacturing System.

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, popularly known as

GITAM was founded in 1980 by an inspired group of eminent

intellectuals and industrialists of combined Andhra Pradesh state.

GITAM - Hyderabad, an off campus established in the year 2009

currently hosts six schools including Basic Sciences, Pharmacy,

Management, Architecture, Social Sciences and Technology. These

schools have both graduate, postgraduate programs along with

Ph.D. and M.Phil programs.

About the Conferenceth4 International Conference on Computer Aided Engineering

(CAE-2019) will be held at GITAM-Hyderabad, India during

December 13-14, 2019. CAE 2019 aims to bring together the

global community which includes academia, researchers,

engineers and managers to a unique high level forum where

the latest research topics in computational mechanics and

contemporary applications of CAE tools are discussed. It is

envisaged that there would be a mutually beneficial updating

of knowledge and exchange of ideas between academia and

industry.

For registration, please send the filled-in registration form

(available in the website: www.cae2019.gitam.edu) along

with payment particulars to the coordinators. The registration

fee details are given below. At least one author should

register per paper.

Registration

All the abstracts accepted after peer review from registered

participants will be published in the conference proceedings

in UGC approved journal. All the research articles (selected

papers by the IJATEE reviewers) will be included in a special

issue of IJATEE with print and online ISSN and DOI.

Proceedings

Abstract Submission

Authors are required to submit abstract (limited to 500 words)

through online at www.cae2019.gitam.edu. Please name

your document as S-L-F-Abstract.pdf where S is the stream

ID. (Please see the list of streams); L is the last name of the

corresponding author in title case; F is the first name of the

corresponding author in title case.

The abstract should be submitted as per the format given in

the conference website. Authors should mention their

affiliation with addresses, email & telephone numbers. Upon

acceptance, the authors have to register for the conference.
