who are Vinalines, Quang Ninh Port and Ha Noi General Import Export JSC –

Geleximco with VND 410 billions (>30 million USD as in 2008) as a charter

capital to construct and operate berths # 2,3,4 at Cai Lan Port.

� On 03/06/2008, CPI entered to joint venture entity named Cai Lan International

Container Terminal Liability under license number 221.022.000.116 with SSA

Holdings International - Vietnam (SSAHVN), a world's leading maritime and

logistics group.

� Under the government’s strategy on development of seaport master plan to

2020 and vision 2030, CPI is applying for expansion project of berths # 8 and 9

at Cai Lan for container operations and logistics services.

� CPI is developing a container trucking fleet offering customers with wide range of coverage from Cai Lan to Mong Cai, Lang Son, Lao Cai and all Northern provinces in Vietnam (majorly IZ in Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, NoiBai).

� Currently, CPI owns 21 container trucks and operating more than 50trucks from our partners.

� CPI major customers now are NYK Logistics, MSC Shipping, CMA-CGM, Maersk Line, Thang Long cement, Vissai, etc.
