NOTE: Ignore the “Total Years” number (that appears below the table)
A-G Matching• If the applicant did not enter
all the 15 units required for the A-G, upon submission, there will be a warning message.
• There is a link on the pop-up to go back to the A-G section to update their courses.

Fee Waivers
• When the student clicks on the link, the pop-up will display:
• How many fee waivers they have left• How many fee waivers they qualify for
each term
Fee Waivers - Issue
• The “Check My Fee Waiver” only appears if the student has an application ready to submit (even though they still have fee waivers left to use)
• So the applicant cannot check that status of their unused fee waivers unless they are ready to submit another application.
Random Issue #1Problem: High school graduate/diploma date is locked.
Solution: Delete your current high school to unlock the date field
Random Issue #2Problem: EOP recommendation error pops up upon submission. (The applicant add EOP recommenders to their application.)
Solution: The student will need to delete the recommenders
Exception: If the recommender submits the form before the student submits the application, the student will no longer be able to submit the app unless they answer Yes to EOP.
Random Issue #3Problem: The student saves the A-G page but it’s not marked as a completed screen.
Solution: The student needs to make sure that they have at one least one subject filled out before it marks the screen as completed.
