“CALLIGRAFFITIZM”, voilà le mot juste pour décrire le travail de SONER, un mot qui résume à lui seul ses influences et inspirations : un mélange de calligraphie, de typographie, de graffiti et de graphisme.

Une œuvre composée de lettres, de courbes et de déliés, de formes qui conjugent classe, finesse et sobriété.

Ce travail façonné à l’aide de multiples outils (bombe aérosole, pinceau, marker, crayon, aquarelle, informatique...) est le résultat de 25 années passées dans la culture HIP HOP, d’années à poser des graffitis sur les murs et d’une décénie passée dans le métier du graphisme.

Aujourd’hui, en parallèle à son travail d’artiste, il est également reconnu comme graphic-designer, il se retrouve à travailler pour de grandes marques à l’echelle internationale (Sony, Passionata, ArcelorMittal, Ford…) en agence de communication à Luxembourg.

“CALLIGRAFFITIZM”. That’s the word you would use to describe SONER’s work. It resumes both his influences and inspirations: a mix of calligraphy, typography, graffiti, and graphic design.

His work is composed of letters, curves, and smooth lines, of forms mixing class, finesse, and sobriety. With 25 years of experience in the HIP HOP culture, many years of experience in wall graffiti, and 10 years of experience in graphic design, SONER feels at ease with all kinds of tools (spray, paint brush, marker, pencil, water color, digital…).

He not only works as an artist, but is also a renowned graphic designer for major international brands such as Sony, Passionata, ArcelorMittal, Ford, and others, in a communications agency based in Luxemburg.
