Title:

Summary:Please supply a summary of your proposal, not to exceed 1,000 words. This part of the application will serve as the primary description of your research project and it will be reviewed and rated by the Research and Scholarship Committee. Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:

Strength of the rationale supporting the proposal Originality of the research question(s) Strength of the research design Credibility of data (or data in progress) to be completed prior to presentation Integration of findings Overall clarity of proposal

There are three predetermined learning objectives for all proposals. After completing the activity, participants will be able to:

Describe major elements of the study design Discuss the authors’ conclusions Identify possible implications for practice

Application Deadline:Submissions are due by February 1, 2016. Send this completed application electronically to office@aeirs.org. Applications must be submitted electronically to be considered.

Acceptance:Notice of acceptance will be emailed. A confirmation of poster contract will be sent in February and will need to be returned by March 15th.

THE FINE PRINT If your presentation is accepted, posters must be displayed for the entire day. Poster presenters must bring supplies (tacks, tape, etc.) for mounting their posters. The hotel will

provide the mounting surface.  Poster presenters are required to be present at their poster during the assigned time of their

presentation. There will be no internet access, AV equipment or electrical outlets available in the Poster Hall.
