HAYDON MEDIA Call Sheet Producer: Geeta Gohil Production: Music Video Date of Shoot: 27/10/2014 Time 11:00am – 1:30pm Location of Shoot: Drama Studio Personnel Required:(inc. details of role) Geeta Gohil – Director, Cameraman Natalie Rogers – Actor (main protagonist) Equipment Required: 3 Lights Fill Light 2 Cannon Camera (1 for Time Lapse, 1 for shooting) 2 Tripods Steadicam Details of shoot:(scenes) There will be at least 3 full takes of different camera shots (High angle, Low angle, steadicam and eye level.) I will be experimenting with the lights as well. Special Requirements: (inc. details of props / costumes needed, preparation required I will need to prepare the equipment beforehand so that I don’t get the actor waiting. Preparation includes setting up the lights at the back to achieve a spotlight effect. I also had to set up the camera to its right settings. The tripod and steadicam had to be set up beforehand so that I am not wasting time during the shoot. I also need to be prepared with what shots I want to achieve by following my storyboard.
