Cambewarra Estate Vineyard is ideally situated at the base of the majestic Cambewarra Mountain, beneath the rolling hills of the Shoalhaven Valley. It is an easy two hour drive south of Sydney.

Our family-owned and run vineyard produces wines of internationally awarded quality.

Apart from our acclaimed and loved wines we also offer you the opportunity to host your wedding ceremony & reception at the same location, set to the perfect backdrop of leafy vines.

With a choice of ceremony locations and our reception room with full views of the vineyard, you and your guests will enjoy the ultimate country, vineyard wedding.

We can cater for up to 125 guests.

Your dream wedding location

Your wedding package includes:

• Exclusive use of the venue and all facilities for the ceremony and reception for a total of 7 hours

• Access to the venue the day before to set-up

• Chairs for garden wedding ceremony

There is also an option to use your own preferred caterers for food only. This option requires an additional $3200 venue hire.

Option 1 on consumption at cellar door rates

Option 2 $55 per adult for a 4 hour inclusive beverage package ($10 per person for any additional hour/s)

This includes a selection of our white, red, sparkling wines, beer, cider and soft drinks. Special requests for spirits can also be accommodated.

5. Vintage Victorian red couch - $200

Capture stunning wedding pics on this gorgeous vintage couch. Can be set outside near the vines or in the reception room.

Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT:

• A deposit of $1,800.00 VENUE HIRE (non refundable) is required to book your function and secure the date for your special day.

• Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation that has not been confirmed within 14 days of being made.

PAYMENT:

• Full payment and confirmed numbers are required at least 21 days prior to the wedding date. Minimum requirement of 60 adults for Saturday weddings and 50 adults for all other days.

• Payment is to include beverage costs (if applicable).

• No refund applies if numbers change after confirmation.

• Any additional beverage charges will be finalized at the end of the event.

• Payment can be made in the form of cash, direct deposit or credit card.

• Credit card surcharges apply. Payment by credit card 2% of total charge for Visa, MasterCard, (American Express 2.5%).

• A $350 damages bond will be taken prior to the wedding. Any additional cleaning/repair cost may be charged to the client if the grounds or venue are left excessively untidy or damaged, this includes damage to our vines, trees and garden.

FOOD & BEVERAGES:

• Menu items listed on the wedding brochure may change from time to time.

• Cambewarra Estate is a fully licensed venue. We do not permit patrons, guests of invitees to bring liquor onto the premise.

• Responsible service of alcohol, it is a legal requirement that we do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18 or those unable to prove their age or any guest who is believed to be intoxicated.

QUOTED PRICES:

• All pricing is inclusive of goods and services tax.

CANCELLATION:

• In the result of a cancellation there will be no refund of any monies received at any stage.

• All cancellations must be in writing.

CLOSING TIME OF FUNCTION:

• All weddings to finish by 10pm.

SECURITY & DAMAGE PREVENTION:

• Our staff will take every care with your belongings, however, the Estate cannot take responsibility for loss or damage of items before, during or after the function.

• Wedding presents must not be left overnight at the venue.

MUSIC:

• Acoustic style music is permitted outside. Reception room music needs to be played at a volume that isn’t disruptive to our neighbours.

EVENT DELIVERIES:

• Please advise all delivery personal to consult with Cambewarra estate staff on where to deliver prior to arrival (i.e. Flowers/ cake).

• With WEDDING CAKES, notification needs to be given if refrigeration is required.

DECORATIONS:

• Confetti is not permitted inside or outside

• Candles are permitted as long as they are enclosed

• Sparklers are not permitted inside or outside.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

• Strictly no smoking on Cambewarra Estate function centre. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside using the ashtray provided.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

• In the extremely unlikely event that the venue becomes unavailable for circumstances outside of our control such as property damage, the venue reserves the right to cancel a booking. If this occurs any money paid will be refunded and we will work with you to the best of our capacity to assist you in finding another venue.
