justifyintheNationalAssemblyon9Aug.2012,theroyaloCommunistleaderssince1993

havedaredraisetheirvoiceforwashandsplash:thereforetheyarefoundthemselves guilty

andaccusedeachother.Infact,Sihanouk,SamRainsy,SonSan,Ranariddh,CheaSim,Heng

SamRin,HunSen,KemSokhaandotherroyalo Communists...haveconcoctedtogetherthe

restorationofthis2nd

monarchyundertheblessingoftheVietnamthat hopedlaterannexing

portionsof

Khmer

territories

as

premium.

For

washing

of

treason,

Hun

Sen

spoke

of

the

pretextoftheworknotdonebySihanouk,whichfellonhisshoulders.ButHunSenhasnot

thecouragenortheintelligencetosolvebysubmittingittotheinternationalcommunity!For

redesignoftheNEC.Aproposalforadraftlawonthefinancingofelectoralcampaigns,

supportedby4NGOs(COMFREL,NICFEC,DHRACandCISA)willhavelittlechanceofbeing
