This is your first day of riding. We will cycle to the Nokor Tep Women's Hospital. It is sometimes customary for groups of local riders to ride with us to the hospital for an emotional welcome, drinks and a tour of the hospital. We will meet the founder and patrons. After the event and visit, we will ride or transfer back to the hotel. Tonight, we’ll have a lovely dinner at Foreign Correspondents Club Restaurant. (lunch and dinner not included in the tour cost).

It's time to continue the journey and after breakfast we start cycling to Svay Rieng in the southeast.

Today is our last section of Cambodia as we head to Bavet border where we will say good bye to our Cambodian team. After the immigration formalities at the border check point (border formalities could take some time, and we should arrive at 10:00) our Vietnam team will be ready to meet and greet you.
We will cycle to Moc Bai and further on to Ho Chi Minh city on national road 22. The road is quite flat and as we ride on the main road leading in to Saigon the roads will become more busy the closer we get. We will arrive at the hotel near the airport in the late afternoon.
