As indicated in the public meeting notice, due to the COVID-19 health crisis, this Board of Education meeting has
been changed from an in-person meeting to a virtual meeting and it is available for viewing by the public via
YouTube, by selecting the “Board Meeting Live” link under the heading “SCHOOL BOARD” on our website at
www.ccts.org. Members of the public will also be able to provide public comment by sending an email to a

10. Request approval/ratification of the following resolution. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the Technical Schools in the County of Camden that
ratification/authorization is hereby granted to enter into a license software agreement with Defined Learning Title Access, effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, for the provision for Defined Learning to provide teachers with the educational and assessment tools needed to implement high-quality Project Based Learning (PBL), at a fee of $7,000 and services specified in agreement, (18A:18A-5), as inserted. INSERT
11. Request approval of the 2020-2021 school year articulation agreement with Rutgers University for CASE
(Curriculum in Agricultural Science Education) courses taught at Camden County Technical Schools. INSERT
12. Request approval of the following resolution.
WHEREAS, the Camden County Technical Schools enters into certain types of contracts with vendors where
the initial cost on same is less than $17,500; and
WHEREAS, because of the nature of these contracts, the total amount of said contract is unable to be
determined during the term of said contract because of the type services provided; and
WHEREAS, however, once it is determined and certified in writing that the value of these services will
exceed $17,500, it is necessary for the Technical Schools to require submission of additional
documentation from said vendor; and
WHEREAS, the contracts for AEGIS Property Group, LTD; Strategy Educational Services; Cengage and Goodheart-
Willcox, will now exceed $17,500 which requires the filing of a Political Contribution Disclosure Form; and
INSERT
WHEREAS, the above named vendors have completed and submitted a Political Contribution Disclosure Form which
certifies that they have not made any reportable contributions to a political candidate committee in the
County of Camden in the previous year, and that the continuation of the contract will prohibit them from
making any reportable contributions through the term of this contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the President and Board Members of the Camden County Technical
Schools, County of Camden and State of New Jersey that for the reasons set forth in the Preamble
hereinabove, it hereby acknowledges that the Political Contribution Disclosure Forms have been provided by
the above named vendors, together with a Determination of Value signed by the Business Administrator for
the Camden County Technical Schools, and said contracts now exceed the sum of $17,500.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

RESOLUTION OF THE CAMDEN COUNTY TECHNICAL SCHOOLS APPROVING PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE CAMDEN COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Camden County Technical Schools is presently undertaking Classroom Renovations to Room 4-20 at the Gloucester Township Campus and a new Culinary Arts Lab at the Pennsauken Campus; and WHEREAS, the Camden County Improvement Authority has submitted Proposals to the Technical Schools to provide Project Management Services for these Projects, at fees of $35,700.00 for Renovations to Room 4-20, GTC and $49,500.00 for new Culinary Arts Lab, PC; said Proposals are attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; INSERT WHEREAS, the Board of Education for the Camden County Technical School has reviewed said Proposals and has determined that same should be approved for the Classroom Renovations to Room 4-20 at the Gloucester Township Campus and new Culinary Arts lab at the Pennsauken Campus; and WHEREAS, funds are available for the award of this Contract Proposal as set forth on the Certification of Funds attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board Members of the Camden County Technical Schools, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, that it hereby approves the Project Proposals by the Camden County Improvement Authority to perform Project Management Services to the Technical Schools for the Classroom Renovation to Room 4-20 at the Gloucester Township Campus and new Culinary Arts Lab at the Pennsauken Campus. FROM JOSEPH JACOB AS DIRECTOR OF STUDENT COUNSELING SERVICES AT PENNSAUKEN CAMPUS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON JUNE 24, 2020 TO NON-RENEW JOSEPH JACOB’S EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, on June 24, 2020, the Camden County Technical School Board of Education entered a decision to
non-renew the employment contract of Joseph Jacob as the Director of Student Counseling Services, at Pennsauken Campus, after an Informal Appearance by him in regard to said decision; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to that decision, Mr. Jacob requested the right to submit a Letter of Resignation
for his employment in the position of Director of Student Counseling Services, at the Pennsauken Campus, which request was granted; and
WHEREAS, on June 29, 2020 Mr. Jacob submitted the Letter of Resignation from the position of Director of
Student Counseling Services, at Pennsauken Campus. NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the President and Board Members of the Camden County Technical
Schools, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, that for the reasons set forth in the preamble hereinabove it hereby rescinds the previous Resolution non-renewing Joseph Jacob’s employment as the Director of Student Counseling Services, at the Pennsauken Campus and in lieu of that decision accepts Joseph Jacob’s
