Establishing ShotThis shot is used to set the scene. The darkness creates an effect of horror to the opening of the scene of the story.

Long ShotFor this scene we have chosen a long shot as it clearly shows to the audience where the killer in the story is heading towards.

Extreme Close UpThis shot is used to demonstrate where the killer in the story is and his weapon of choice which in this case is his bare hands.

Close UpThis shot is used in this scene to show the dark intent that the killer has. This close up makes the viewer feel intimidated.

Shot/Reverse ShotThis shot shows in this scene that the killer is murdering his victim and this shot shows the facial expressions of the murderer and the victim.

Low ShotThis gives the effect of the characters being bigger than they actually are. This also makes certain characters more intimidating. As in this shot it shows the killer to be more dominant over the victim.

Tilt ShotThis shot gives the effect of an event potentially coming to an end. It will give the viewer a feel of the film or programme ending as no action is really happening.
