Join Cayuga’s Pen Pal Club!Hey kids, join the Cayuga Pen Pal Club and correspond via email with returning and new campers! The Pen Pal Club

provides campers the opportunity to discuss with other campers their favorite camp topics (like activities, special events, & evening programs), as well as personal topics like hobbies. It makes making friends before

camp both fun and easy!

There are two ways to opt into the Pen-Pal Club: 1) Login to your dashboard account, click “Form and Documents” and then click “Form – Pen Pal Club”, or

2) Check the “Yes” box next to the camper’s email address on your enrollment application. Upon receipt of your completed form, we’ll include you in the Pen Pal Email Directory. We’ll email you a copy of the Directory so you can pick & choose

whom you’d like to email.

The Directory list will include the camper’s name, email address, grade and session. You can email as many campers as you wish! The Pen Pal Club Membership is voluntary but we require the members to cooperate 100% by replying to all

their emails.

CAMP CAYUGA 2017 WINTER REUNION

WHEN IS IT? Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 10:00am to 1:00pm

WHO IS INVITED? The Annual Camp Cayuga Winter Reunion is open exclusively to Cayuga campers from summer 2017.

Non-camper siblings of 2017 campers are also invited. Individuals who were not invited to our Reunion will not be permitted into the building. Parents who drive their campers to the Reunion are not required to stay. Parents are welcome to remain at the Reunion if they

wish, however all games are reserved for 2017 campers and non-camper siblings.

WHAT IS SPACE? Space is a huge indoor Family Entertainment Center. It’s loaded with 26,000 square feet of entertainment

including hundreds of amusing games & attractions. It’s the coolest “space” for galaxy fun!

• The Arcade Room includes over 100 high-tech video games and redemption games like “Deal or No Deal”,

“Guitar Hero” and many others. • Thunder Bowl is a really cool glow-in-the-dark

Bowling Alley. • Laser Tag and Paintless Paintball are played in a glow-in-the-dark arena. Campers can enjoy these 2 high-tech

extreme sport games in an exclusive 3,000 square foot arena inside Space. There’s no paint and no mess!

(Note: Paintless Paintball is only available to campers ages 12 & older).

2017 YEARBOOK PREVIEW When you want to take a break from the Arcade Games, Laser Tag, Paintless Paintball, Bowling, and all the other attractions Space has to offer, you’ll want to stop-by the

basketball court to watch thousands of photographs taken from last summer. We’ll be debuting Cayuga’s

2017 Summer Yearbook pictures non-stop! The photographs are a great way to recapture those special

summer memories!

PARENTS & DRIVERS Parents & Drivers are welcome to remain at Space

during the reunion. Space has a separate lounge re-served just for parents, as well as other seating areas

throughout the facility. Coffee & bagels will be served between 10:00-11:00am in the Parent Lounge. If you’re dropping-off your camper, plan to do so anytime after

10:00am. When picking-up your camper, plan to do so promptly at 1:00pm.

SUPERVISION Cayuga staff will be in attendance and will supervise all campers while they’re inside Space from 10:00am

to 1:00pm. Parents/drivers are not required to remain at the reunion to supervise their camper. However, if the camper’s sibling (non-camper) plans to attend, we kindly ask the parent to remain at Space to supervise

their non-camper sibling.
