Logo idea 1
This was my first logo Idea, I created this by rotoscoping around an outline of the leaf, originally this had a stalk running through the middle but I removed this so I could add some text to it. I also made the two sides of the leaves separate so they could be moved separately so it would be easier to fit the text around when I got round to adding it in.

Logo idea 1 continued…
This is my finished first logo idea, to make the text curve around the leaves I traced a line along the edge of the bottom set of leaves and then typed my text, to tidy this up a bit- because I had separated the sets of leaves I could move them about too, to make it look as though the text was acting like the stalk.
I like this logo idea but I don’t think I will use it because I want something which Is more simple and I feel like this is too big to go in a corner of a poster, also when it is made smaller to go in the corner of a poster it is difficult to read the text.

Logo Idea 2
This is the image I have used for the base of my second logo idea.
I liked this image as I thought it was quite simple and therefore would be effective as a logo.
To begin creating my logo I rotoscoped each leaf individually, this gave me more flexibility to be able to move and edit them all individually if I needed too.

Logo Idea 2 Continued…
To add more depth to the logo I made each leaf different colours, this made a gradient throughout the bunch of leaves and makes it stand out more.
After I had filled the colour in on the leaves, I decided to add a darker stroke to each, individual leaf to add more definition to the logo to help it stand out more.

Logo idea 2 continued…
This is my finished second idea for a logo, I decided not to add text to this logo as when I researched logos for similar organisations I quite liked logos with no text as they are recognisable on their own and I think they work well as they don’t distract from the main image with lots of words.
However, I won’t be using this as my logo for my campaign as I don’t think it is simple enough and could distract from the main image on my posters.

Logo Idea 3
This is my third logo idea, I took inspiration from my second idea to create this.
To begin with I added a gradient overlay, this makes the leaves more interesting and I thought this effect would look good and effective once finished.
I then added a darker stroke around the edge of the leaves to make it stand out more.
I also copied main leaf and rotated it to fit at the side

Logo idea 3 continued…
This is my final logo, I have chosen this over the other two as I believe it is clearer to read and is more recognisable to the audience as both a logo and an organisation as it clearly states the name.
I also added a gradient to the logo as I think the soft colour transition works well with the harsh lines of the font seen in the next image.
