CHAS, Merdeka Generation and Pioneer Generation cardholders can enjoy subsidies at CHAS clinics by showing their CHAS card, Merdeka Generation card or Pioneer Generation card with their NRIC during visit.

Cardholders below 15 years old will need to present their CHAS card and birth certificate/student ID.

About CHASThe Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) enables Singapore Citizens to receive healthcare subsidies for medical and dental care at participating General Practitioner (GP) and dental clinics near their home.

CHAS clinics can be easily identified by the CHAS sticker displayed.

CHAS CriteriaAll Singapore Citizens are eligible for CHAS. Benefits will be tiered according to:

• Household monthly income per person (for households with income); or

• Annual Value (AV)1 of home (for households with no income).

How to Apply?Visit www.chas.sg and submit an online application for your household. Alternatively, you can pick up a CHAS application form at any Community Centre or Club (CC), Community Development Council (CDC), Public Hospital or Polyclinic.

Only one application per household is needed. Eligible family members in your household will receive a CHAS card.
