Job Split is an arrangement where an employee works fewer than 5 full days/week and/or a reduced shift pattern.

Job Share is an arrangement whereby two people, on an equal basis, voluntary share the duties and responsibilities of a single full-time job, each working half the normal hours associated with the full time job. With job-sharing, the individuals involved are jointly responsible for the job.
