THE BANDCandy Robbers is a Belgian-American indie pop band. Formed in 2013, they released their eponymous debut EP in January 2014. A new album titled Cookie Jar will come out over the course of this year.

The vocals are clear. The lyrics are authentic and profound. Acoustic and electric sounds mix with rich, colorful melodies to create a warm-hearted music that is both intimate and powerful. At each show the audience is charmed and subdued by this promising act. This is only the beginning of a long and beautiful adventure!

BAND CREATION When Axel and Max met at a jam session in Brussels 10 years ago, they hit it off immediately. Over time they evolved by ex-ploring diverse musical universes. The pivotal moment took place during a trip to London in 2012 when the two friends spent nights jamming and writing. Magic was in the air as a new style and sound began to take shape. Candy Robbers had been born. The founding duo recorded a first EP, released in January 2014. Since then theyve been joined by Clement on bass and Remy on drums. A cohesive magic unites these four men. Candy Robbers are now ready to tour.

Axel OlsonAge 23 - Guitar

Axel fell in love with the guitar at age 10 when the virtuosic melodies of Jimi Hendrix, Steve Vai, Guthrie Govan pierced his soul The guitarist has just come back from Boston having freshly graduated from Tufts University. Across the pond he played for seve-ral bands including Who Needs a Pulse, David Schockett, and Tufts Jazz Orchestra.

Rmy PolflietAge 26 - Drums

Rmy was almost born with drumsticks in his hands. When he was 10, Rmy was already drum-mer of a Celtic rock band. Since then he has gained solid musical experience. He graduated with ho-nors from CMA of Valen-ciennes, and has played with musicians such as Daniel Romo, Birli La-grne, Stphanie Crayen-cour, and Saule. He also drums for Julien Jaffrs.

Maxime RosenbergAge 24 - Vocals & Guitar

Max began playing music at the ripe age of 4 when he discovered his fathers drumset in his garage. He formed his first blues band at 12. Adding to his experiences as a drum-mer for various projects, Max started to sing, play guitar and piano, and record himself a lot. Lyrics slowly began to take form and music was coming into place.

Clment IckxAge 22 - Bass

Born with perfect pitch, he studied piano with Ivan Paduart for 5 years before earning a degree in bass performance from the Los Angeles College of Music. Clement has a great gift that is bolste-red by comprehensive musical training. He has played in a plethora of jazz, rock, pop and funk bands and has been coa-ched by numerous pro-fessional musicians.
