Introduction

The Cannulated Compression Headless Screw (CCHS) System offers Instrument Sets that are designed to be modular for optimal flexibility. The system provides dedicated color-coded instrumentation for a wide range of applications. Streamlined instruments for 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, and 7.5 mm Cannulated Compression Headless Screws (CCHS) and 2.0 mm Quick Insertion Screw (QIS) are accommodated in five different Instrument Trays:• 2.0 mm CCHS/QIS Instrument Tray• 2.5/3.0 mm CCHS Instrument Tray• 3.5/4.0 mm CCHS Instrument Tray• 4.5/5.5 mm CCHS Instrument Tray• 6.5/7.5 mm CCHS Instrument Tray

Implants are available either non-sterile or sterile packed in sterile tubes*. Non-sterile implants are stored in corresponding Screw Racks. The following Screw Rack Options are available:• 2.0 mm CCHS/QIS Screw Rack• 2.5/3.0 mm CCHS Screw Rack• 3.5/4.0 mm CCHS Screw Rack• 4.5 mm CCHS Screw Rack• 5.5 mm CCHS Screw Rack• 6.5 CCHS Screw Rack• 7.5 mm CCHS Screw Rack• 5.5/7.5 mm CCHS Screw Rack

The modular Trays together with the corresponding Screw Racks can be stored in outer cases to form a complete solution or be used as stand-alone.

Set 01.333.001, CCHS Flex Small with QISThis set includes an outer case that hosts three Instrument Trays including instruments (2.0. 2.5/3.0, 3.5/4.0, and QIS), the corre-sponding Screw Racks (2.0, 2.5/3.0, 3.5/4.0) and an empty Auxiliary Instrument Tray. Instrument Tray lids are provided separately and all Screw Racks have lids. For details on instrument content, refer to page 6. Cannulated Compression Headless Screws (CCHS) and Quick Inser-tion Screw (QIS) are provided either non-sterile or sterile packaged. Sterile packaged screws are provided in sterile tubes. For usage instruction on how to open the sterile tube packaging, refer to Sterile Tube Usage Guide.

Sterile screws are packaged depending on diameter and lengths in different sized tubes.
