When material is dropped onto the belt, Impact Bars absorb the shock. Canoe Liners force the material to the belt center as it settles during the first feet of travel. Dust Seals back the liners up, preventing rouge dust and fine material from escaping. If the transfer point is located at the belt tail, the Tail Seal will prevent any leakage from the back of the canoe.

Rubber CeramicCanoe Liners

Liner Specifications Highly effective particularly where material is being bulk loaded onto the conveyor to control the material until it becomes stable. The liners are steel backed and made to fit existing loading stations. Manufactured to conform to the belt with the ability to adjust the height to fit the belt. The rubber thickness varies and ceramics can be added to fit the application.

Canoe Liners are designed for easy installation, adjustment and alignment. They are anchored solidly to canoe frames using embeddedfasteners and are proven to enhance belt life due to our drag-free design.

Benefits Precision adjustment to any belt, forming a tight liner-to-belt alignment and preventing damaging shards of material from working their way between the liner and the belt. Custom-designed, high grade rubber and ceramics form a rigid, high cushioned wall that keeps even the toughest material on the center of the belt. Reduces cost-per-ton, eliminates spillage, contains dust and diminishes noise.

Canoe Liners are abrasion resistant.

Also known as Heavy Duty Skirt Liners.
