The Canon imageCLASS MFPs you see in this booklet all have one

thing in common – they support a flexible system trays to help you

organize your input and output, as well as adding the support for

single-sheet envelope printing, up to Legal size. Up to 250 sheets

of paper can fit in the bottom tray, while the output tray can hold up

to 100 sheets. The scanning cum copying lid at the top is a Z-Lid,

which enables you to deal with thick books without ruining them, or

the MFP.

For the MF4350d, MF4370dn, and MF4380dn, the Z-Lid also

features an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), with the MF4350d

and MF4370dn supporting up to 35-sheets in its ADF, and the

MF4380dn supporting up to 50-sheets - and duplex at that too.

Designed to be Flexible

All the MFPs featured here also have the ability to do a 1 to 2-sided

Copy process, where you can convert multiple one-sided originals

into double-sided copies, in either Book Type (flips left), or Calendar

Type (flips up). This both saves you paper, as well as helps you create

a more efficient and compact copy.

In addition, you can zoom in and out manually from 50 to 200% as

you copy, and you can even do a 2-on-1 Copy, where you can reduce

an A4 page by 31%, so you can fit 2 pages on a copy, yet still be able

to read the output thanks to the sharpness of Laser.

Copy and Combine

The Canon Page Composer is another feature all the MFPs here sport. It enables you to combine different file formats

(Acrobat PDFs, Word Docs, Excel charts, PowerPoint slides, JPEG images, TIFF images, BMP images) into a single output

to improve productivity and increase efficiency.

Making a copy of ID Cards is one of the most

common and basic tasks of photocopier machines

but seems to always be the hardest for anyone to do.

Not at more in Canon’s compact MFPs showcased in

this booklet. All of them just require you to place the

ID Card on the glass surface, press the Collate 2-on-1

button till you see ID Card Copy, and start copying.

Fixes Scans

To help you as an AIO machine, the Canon imageCLASS MFPs featured here also come with the handy MF Toolbox scanning software which contains ScanGear MF. The utility can remove dust and scratches from scanned originals, and even increase the resolution up to 9600DPI. You can also choose the file format to save the scan as – PDF (search-capable), JPEG, BMP, or TIFF. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) applications are bundled free too.

At the end of the day, after all the

technologies and features, a printer

come in with the Canon FX9 AIO Toner Cartridges. They

Generally it helps a lot because it’s an AIO. So once

about getting an AIO instead. We also had doubts about

So far I have no problems with this MFP actually. If a paper

gets jammed it’s so easy to remove it via the back cover and

We deal with a lot of materials with graphics, designs

and colours to circulate product information to our sales

team but with a photocopy machine, you know colours

will come out blurred. So we have to do colour copies

and this incurs extra cost to us. This is where this MFP

comes out a winner because it’s very clear and it saves

us on expenditures.

Did you notice this model is the fastest and the most

energy-savings for its class of MFP?

I do notice that when I’m not using it, it will automatically go

into a sleep mode so this is a very good aspect as I don’t even

have to monitor it for it to automatically conserve energy. As for

the speed, when I first got it, I was thinking it looks so big it’s

probably just as slow but it really surprised me with its speed.

I didn’t expect it to be so fast! I really liked its IC copy process

– it’s not only easy, it’s also very clear! Everyone was surprised

one glace you really don’t think it looks or performs as such

but it’s really a Laser printer in there and it really performs up

in-one machine. For power savings, we usually just turn it off,

but what’s good is that we can turn it on and it’s quickly ready

to be used. So even with or without its energy savings, it still

delivers when it comes to being ready for work.

Small to moderate enterprises would benefit from it, as well

as cafes like us would find it very handy for a variety of tasks.
