“Trumpet in the Land!” Tuesday, July 31 • New Philadelphia • $65 per person • Final payment: 7/2 Ohio’s premier and longest running outdoor theatre production brings to life the tragic but inspiring story of David Zeisberger and his Christian Indian followers as they struggled to preserve their peaceful settlement despite the growing violence of the Revolutionary War.

Written by Pulitzer prize-winning playwright Paul Green, “Trumpet in the Land” is set in the very hills once traveled by those portrayed in the show and handpicked by the author. Watch the warm summer nights come alive with beautiful horses, brilliant fire dances, authentic-looking costumes, fiery battle pyrotechnics and a beautiful natural setting. Blennerhassett Island Thursday, August 23 • Parkersburg, West Virginia • $72 per personFinal payment: 7/26 The history of Blennerhassett Island has made it the Ohio River’s most famous island. In 1789, the island was settled by Harman and Margaret Blennerhassett. Over the years, the couple’s mansion gained a reputation for being the West’s most beautiful home. Located on a small island in the Ohio River, Blennerhassett Island Historical State Park features a Palladian mansion and visited by some 40,000 people each year. This historical park is accessed by sternwheeler riverboat. On the island you’ll enjoy an included box lunch, tours of the mansion and a horse-drawn carriage ride.
