Project Purpose

To explore and develop a plan for an integrating career and job

placement services design that includes student and alumni

employment, career advising and testing, internships, job

placement, job shadowing, job search preparation and other

related components.

Career Coach• Career Coach ranks seventh out of the 72 links within the

Counseling and Career Center webpage. (Trailing transfer

information, academic advising and MyDegreePath.)

• The team will establish a communication plan to strengthen

awareness of this tool as a career resource.

• August 2015 a CRM link was added to Career Coach. Within

the first two weeks, there were 30 referrals from Career Coach

asking GRCC for more information.
