Capabilities Statement Manufacturing Excellence Nothing Less. OUR Core Competencies PMI, LLC is a fully integrated steel fabrication facility. We specialize in metal stamping, laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and assembly work. We have the unique capability to source materials directly from the mill and process those materials in-house on our slitter and blanking line. The combination of these core competencies provide our customers with the lowest possible cost of acquisition. MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT • Stamping presses from 22 ton to 2000 ton, bed sizes up to 60” in width by 144” in length. • Coil slitting and blanking, master coils up to 45,000 lbs and 60” wide. • Laser cutting of material up to 1” thick. • Punching offering 3 dimensional shapes, and up to .3125” thick. • Precision air bending of parts as small as a thumb nail, to as large at 14’ in length. • Robotic and manual welding. • Complete and partial assembly, kitting, and inventory management.
