SITE REMEDIATION

OCON Services have extensive experience in

remediation works for the construction and

civil sectors. We provide innovative applied en-

gineering remediation solutions to prevent en-

vironmental contamination, and to remove,

treat or dispose of known and emerging com-

plex contaminants.

Site remediation is challenging and requires highly specialised knowledge. With every site

remediation project, OCON Services place the highest importance on client satisfaction,

Our services include remediation of petrole-um, fuel, hazardous, and asbestos material

through processes such as carbon filtration removal, site removal and capping.

Our experienced staff use the most up to date methods to provide a rapid, cost effec-

tive solution for our client’s remediation re-quirements. This includes removal of contami-

nated material and site eco-regeneration and

restoration.

CRUSHING & SCREENING

OCON Services process asphalt, concrete, medium-hard rock and general rubble, and

provides a service of preparing product from an original state to complete recycled

product.

of heavy crushing and screening equipment guaranteed to produce results reliably while

sticking to the projects time and budget

constraints.

Hire solutions for topsoil and material screening, with a focus on meeting client

requirements as well as ensuring that the

resulting recycled clean topsoil is of a high enough quality for whatever its use.

Our fleet includes a variety of impact crush-ers ranging between 20 tonnes and 100

tonnes, cone and jaw crushers, multi-deck screens, tracked stackers and conveyors

and multiple processing equipment attach-

ments including, magnets, pulveriser’s and shears to suit excavators.

As all of our equipment is available for both

wet and dry hire, you are able to undertake

your project solo or with the help of one of our specially trained operators.

Whether you are recycling road base, managing landfill, recycling building materials such as con-crete and bricks, or engaging in a large-scale mining project, we have a solution to suit every pro-

Our civil works capability includes civil construction, earthmoving, roadworks, site

ney Metro, Western Sydney Airport and large road projects.

CONCRETING, FORM & STEELWORK Our experienced and reliable team will de-

liver on all concrete applications such as formwork, reinforcement, pumping, pre-

cast & installation, sawing, joint & protec-

tive coatings, repairs and demolition. DEMOLITION We specialise in all forms of demolition

including industrial, commercial and do-

mestic structures. OCON have many years experience in this sector, and are fully

licenced. PLANT & EQUIPMENT HIRE

We are proud to provide a wide range of heavy equipment for hire offering both

wet hire (with a specialist operator) and

dry hire solutions. Our equipment hire range guarantees performance and

PROJECTS

CALTEX REGRADING PROJECT (CALTEX) Works on the 174 Hectare site included

bulk excavation works, drainage, demoli-tion, concrete recycling, the reinstatement

of pads and roadways, crushing and

screening, and material haulage.

WEST-CONNEX ROZZELLE INTERCHANGE (FULTON HOGAN)

Site remediation, drainage, demolition,

construction of access roads, plant and equipment hire.

BOTANY CHEMICAL FACILITY (ENVIRO-

PACIFIC) Cut and fill bulk earthworks, compaction

of industrial sub division, 3000m2 con-

crete slab development and salt contain-ment.

WESTMEAD HOSPITAL (ENVIRO-PACIFIC)

On-site treatment and capping of asbes-

tos contaminated soil, development of roads and carpark, landscaping.

M1 WIDENING PROJECT (FULTON HOGAN) Construction of laydown hardstand, site com-

pound and carparks. Road widening including removal of existing concrete and asphalt sur-

faces – crushing and screening existing recy-

clable material to be reused, excavation into rock creating passes compaction, and grading

roads to specifications.

WESTERN SYDNEY AIRPORT (CPBLL JV)

Site remediation of hazardous material and asbestos contaminated soils. Stockpiling and

capping of all site contaminated materials. Hepa filter positive pressure systems on all

earthmoving equipment.

IXOM CHEMICAL PLANT BOTANY (IXOM) Bulk haulage of salt from port to IXOM salt

storage pad, stockpiling, and salt loading for

manufacturing processes.
