Ben GarwoodBen is a Senior Associate; he is an external rela�onship professional. Ben has highly developed skills in stakeholder engagement, training and business par�cipa�on, corporate social investment and community development project management. Ben has specialised skills in cross cultural consulta�on and nego�a�on, land access agreement nego�a�on and implementa�on, cultural heritage management and approvals and Indigenous employment.
Rodger BarnesRodger Barnes is a Senior Associate who has 20+ years professional experience working to advance posi�ve rela�ons between responsible mining companies and communi�es affected by their opera�ons. Rodger keeps a focus on engendering strategic collabora�ve rela�onships based on mutual respect and trust. He does this by seeking innova�ve ways to achieve shared value and mutually beneficial outcomes including the social licence to operate for the Resource Company and sustainable social development outcomes amongst local affected communi�es.
Chris�ne CharlesChris�ne is passionate about growing business and achieving results, and is Managing Director and co-founder of D4G who is an experienced board chair and non-execu�ve Director. Chris�ne works with an experienced and commi�ed team to deliver outstanding results.
Chris�ne has held a variety of posi�ons in the private, public and community sector and academia. She has provided strategic and prac�cal advice, covering social/poli�cal risk management, social and community investment, regional economic development, leadership and business strategy. Chris�ne has broad knowledge across a number of sectors, par�cularly in government, mining and energy.
Kim MuhlenKim is a co-founder of D4G, who has cross-sectorial experience working with a variety of clients. Kim has developed innova�ve models of community and economic development which focus on the client. She ensures opportuni�es for business growth and development are sustainable and translated with a unified plan within governance frameworks, which are well developed, appropriate and understood.
