We are a private company with two shareholders actively involved in the day to day corporate, project and administrative management of the business.
From humble beginnings in 2014, we have grown to become a company operating on independent sites across regional and remote Australia.
During this time, we have evolved into a company that has excelled in residential, commercial and civil construction delivering industry best practice solutions.
Our specific areas of specialty include:• Civil infrastructure• Residential• Commercial works
We have an excellent track record across a full range of disciplines including direct management, construction management, project management, and site management.
Most importantly we work closely with our clients at all times never wavering from our commitment to deliver projects on time and within budget. We work side by side with our clients to ensure they receivemaximum benefit from our involvement. It is this partnership approach with our clients and stakeholders that has contributed to the company’s growth and success.
allconstruct was established in 2014 in Brisbane, built around integrity and quality.
The initial scope of work was based on providing general civil construction projects in regional and remote areas of Queensland. Relatively quickly the company also began to specialise on residential renovations and commercial fit-out work.
From the start the company established two major commitments: to not compromise on providing a quality product, and prioritising good communications and relations.

Flexibility creativity and innovation are derived from talented people working well together in a productive environment. Description This project was located at Highgate Hill, Brisbane. The site consisted of an old run down dwelling, which we had to demolish and take off site before the site earthworks could start. Then we commenced the earthworks and construction of the new dwelling.
WorksThe work undertaken included:
• Design and Planning Approval Application
• Demolishing of the existing house.• Earthworks and drainage works.• Concrete slab reinforcement and
pour• Timber frame fabrication and
erection of the dwelling• Electrical, plumbing and AC fitting• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry • Kitchen and wardrobe fit-outs• Painting and decorating• Interior design work
Challenges• Pedestrian management for
construction in an urban area• Underground services
management with a frequent
presence of telecommunication conduits, Electrical cables, water mains and sewer pipes
• Inclement weather conditions
our managementallconstruct were the principal contractor of this project and in charge of the project management, subcontractor management andengagement. allconstruct built a great relationship with the client and were able to complete the project ahead of time and on budget. There were highly qualified and specialised staff managing the project, who ensured that the project was completed to the highest standard.
Value addThe Project reached practical completion early May, which was well ahead of contractual practical completion date. The project team took on a vigorous approach to tackle issues to go the extra mile to cater for our client’s special requirements.

our managementThe site team was divided into two crews to manage program time frames within the program were achieved. Ongoing consultation with the client addressed design issues on a few of the changes that were overcome with a good finish result.

Description This high profile project based in the Gold Coast is been constructed to accommodate the sports athletes competing in the 2018 Commonwealth Games. 1400 apartments in total.
WorksKey elements included:
• Sourcing and managing 60 to 80 personal for the duration of our scope of works
• Supply skilled labour to fabricate and erect all the internal stud works for 7 building. Each building with 85 apartments
• Supply skilled labour to erect all ceiling framing
• Supply skilled labour to fit all the external cladding framing and sheeting
• Supply crews to patch, sand and prep all the cladding sheets for painting.
