Objectives

Provide technical assistance to States Signatories in fulfilling their functions as providers of IMS Data and users of IMS Data and IDC Products in terms

of training, experts and equipment.

The recipient countries include those that do not have access to PTS data and products, as well as those that have access but make limited use of

this information.
