SOME OF OUR FACULTIES

Babatunde Ayeni, ACCA, CISA is a Certified Chartered

Accountant and Certified Information Systems risk control

and audit professional with about 10 years assurance

experience in the Oil and Gas, financial services and

manufacturing industries. Assurance experience cuts across

financial, operational and compliance reviews, enterprise

risk management, business process reviews, Sarbanes

Oxley compliance reviews and IT assurance.

He is an energetic team leader, a creative problem solver, a self-starter with excellent

analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills. He possess a

unique mix of IT, accounting, audit and business skills, having had significant exposure to

business processes, Revenue Assurance, Systems Reviews and financial statement

audit engagements. He has strong competencies in the review of IT controls over

business systems and processes, revenue assurance, CAATS reviews and the

application of various global best practices on business controls, IT Governance and Risk

management.

Group, She is a global Human Resources Practitioner,

Best Selling Author, International Speaker, with expertise

in organizational culture transformation, leadership

development, diversity & inclusion strategy development

and executive coaching for senior leaders.

Her passion and positive energy radiate beyond just the

work environment. She is truly authentic and

professional.

With over 15 years’ experience in strategy development, capability building, talent,

and culture transformation initiatives to deliver business results, e.g., OD/OE,

succession planning, performance management, divestitures & acquisitions,

employee engagement, employee relations, career and capability development,

workforce.

Don Okhuofu has over 25 (twenty five years) experience in

consulting, top level management and training. He sits as member

on various boards of directors. He is a Chartered Accountant and

holds a degree in Economics. Don Okhuofu is a versatile business

oriented finance and accounting professional with background in

one of the Big 4.

He has proven track record in business management, investment analysis, negotiations,

statutory and external audit, First Registrars Nigeria Limited and Ponti Italware Company

Limited. Prior to his stay in Honeywell Group, he was a Senior Manager in PwC. Prior to

his stay in PwC, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Ecobank Nigeria.

He has high level interactions at boards of director and audit committee level both as a

member and as a consultant. He was Director, Group Reporting and Risk Management at

Honeywell Group where he was overseeing business and financial performance, risk

management and consolidated financial reporting of the Group operating companies. He

served as member of the board of directors of Anchorage Leisures he managed the

process of raising the bank’s equity from N5 billion to N25 billion during the bank

recapitalization process in 2005 and other major events

Seun Akinyelu is an excellent facilitator and coach. He

manages several consulting businesses within and outside

Nigeria. He is presently the Managing Partner of GODP.

He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACCA) and holds a

B.sc Finance (Hon). He holds several other financial

certifications. He is an alumnus of the London School of

Business and Finance; he has an Advanced Certificate

(AD) in 'Derivatives and Alternative Investment'.

He is a pioneer member of the IFRS conversion team in PwC Nigeria and he helped

developed the IFRS training and conversion practice in the firm. He is also a

recipient of award for excellent service in the IFRS conversion practice of

PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has facilitated in over 300 (three hundred) seminars

and workshops in manufacturing, banking, oil and gas, pensions and insurance

sectors in Nigeria. Has helped with the transition of several companies (over 80

companies) to IFRS. He is has numerous expertise in IFRS, financial modeling and

valuation, financial derivatives etc. He has facilitated in various Board of Directors

training including Ecobank Nigeria, Honeywell Directors’ training etc.
