Capital Letters in Titles
T
he title of a work, like a book, poem, or
movie, has capital letters. Some words
in the title may not be capitalized.
Only the first word and the importantwords are given capital letters. Important
words are nouns, verbs, adjectives, and
adverbs. Usually, articles, prepositions and
conjunctions are in lower letters, unless they
are the first word.
Below are titles that need their capital letters. Rewrite each one so it is correct.
1) charlottes web
