Carboncor Selling Points Carboncor is used for Pothole Repair, Resurfacing, Maintenance and New Roads Carboncor conforms to standard Hot Premix International Testing Standards In Malaysia, we have test certificates for IKRAM and SIRIM 1) How is Hot Asphalt made? -- How is Carboncor made? (Selling Points) – We use the same bitumen and raw materials, but we add patented natural additives and a little carbon to increase bonding, water proofing, stability, flexibility and UV protection. 2) Durability - How does it compare to Hot Asphalt? (Selling Points) – Carboncor does not crack, or creep, or leach. Carbon gives it more flexibility and strength. Our additives give it higher strength and the UV stabilizers prevent the sun from softening the road like Hot Premix does. 3) Application/Installation of Carboncor (Selling Points) – We don’t need any Solvents or Heat. We don’t need a tack coat or binder coat. (We have a penetration type bond) We don’t have any waste, because left-over material can be put back in the bag. We have up to 2 years shelf life in a simple LDPE bag. 4 - 7 Days life in bulk on back of a truck, so we can safely install in very remote and rural areas. We only need lightweight compaction equipment. We can use standard paving equipment or manual labor. We need only half of the labor workers to do the installation. We install 2 or 3 times quicker. Carboncor bonds to wet road and Concrete surfaces. It also bonds to steel! Carboncor bonds directly to existing village and rural roads – no extra road base needed. 4) Cost Benefits and Cost Savings (Selling Points) – Long shelf life. No solvent for installation and cleaning. No Heating costs – Energy is money… No Tack coat needed – only clean water. Our material covers bigger area per MT. Transport cost savings for material and equipment. No milling cost for resurfacing of roads. Less Labor costs. Permanent installation and it is waterproof. We use less material per square foot or meter, so it works out cheaper to install. For village, plantation and rural roads, we don’t need extra road base. And Remember…..It is Environmentally Friendly!!!
