    1. Be seated in the padmasana and then place the elbows on toes

    2. Interlock the fingers

    3. Place the chin on the knuckles

    4. Press the thumbs against the throat

    5. Settle in this posture first for 60 seconds

    TECHNIQUE

    1. Stay in Padmasana

    2. Inhale FORCEFULLY

    3. Hold the breath to the maximum capacity by closing the nostrils

    4. Exhale when you feel you cannot hold anymore

    5. Exhaling should be very soft, in a relaxed way

    6. Do this 21 times

    TECHNIQUE

    1. Sit comfortably with hands preferably in Chin mudra

    2. Close the eyes

    3. Protrude your tongue as much as possible

    4. Roll the sides of the tongue like a tube

    5. Now inhale through the tube formed by the tongue. You will feel coolness in the mouth while inhaling

    6. After inhaling, close your mouth

    7. For a moment hold the breath

    8. Exhale through both the nostrils

    9. Do this 21 times

    1. Sit in a comfortable pose and close your eyes with hands in Chin mudra

    2. Press the lower teeth with the upper teeth and open the lips comfortably

    3. Suck air through the gaps in between the teeth

    4. Be aware of the sound produced

    5. After inhaling close the mouth and exhale through the nose

    6. Do this 21 times

    Approximately one-third of people who suffer from migraine headaches perceive an auratransient visual, sensory,

    language, or motor disturbances signaling the migraine will soon occur. The severity of the pain, duration of the

    headache, and frequency of attacks is variable.

    The underlying cause of migraines is unknown.[21] There are, however, many biological events that have been

    clinically associated with migraine.

    Migraines may be induced by triggers, with common triggers quoted are stress, hunger, and fatigue.
