Home Health Agency Must Be Approved by Medicare (Medicare certified)

Patient Must Be Homebound – “To leave home takes considerable and taxing effort.”

Patient Must Be In Need of Intermittent

Skilled Nursing Care,

Physical Therapy,

Speech-Language Therapy,

Or to Continue Occupational Therapy.
