STEPS TO A NEW CAREER

� Step 1 – Pass the background review – About 3 days

• Credit and criminal background Checks

� Step 2 – Obtain Insurance Licenses – About 3 weeks

• Life, Disability, Property, Casualty

� Step 3 – Begin Reserve Agent Training – Average 3-4 months

• Commission only during reserve training• Sell a minimum of 40 property and casualty policies (about 20 households)

• Issue a minimum of 4 life policies

� Step 4 – Begin Career Agent Program – Two year program

• Subsidy begin• Health benefits available

REQUIREMENTS

� HS Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred

� Successful completion of financial and criminal history screening

� Strong sales, customer service and/or business ownership experience

highly desirable

� Current Insurance or Financial Securities license is an advantage but is

not required
